Why the Mat Cat Art Studio?
Every community supposedly has a slightly odd little old lady who’s mad about her cats … well, we're both mad about cats so Marion thought she’d co-opt the classification now already. But just to be sure people do realise there’s creativity happening too, there’s the “Art Studio” bit in the name too.

About Us
The Mad Cat Art Studio is located on the Isle of Skye in Scotland. It's run by a posse of felines and two humans, Marion and Alistair Boddy-Evans.
Marion is a painter, quilter, photographer and non-fiction writer and editor. She creates the Painting section of About.com, writes the blog for Skye Quilters, and has lost count of how many books and articles she's edited.

Marion is represented by Inchmore Gallery near Inverness. Her paintings and crafts are available on the Isle of Skye from Skyeworks in Portree.
Alistair is a painter (pastels) and writer (fiction and non-fiction), and is responsible for the African History section of About.com.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UK: P&P to the UK is free, by Royal Mail. Items will be sent second class or standard parcel (signed for delivery/insured) once payment has been received. I aim to post items the day after payment, but this isn't always possible. I will send you an email to let you know when it's sent.
I cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery, but if six working days after dispatch, you have not received your goods, contact me and I will investigate the matter.
SHIPPING REST OF THE WORLD: If a price isn't quoted, ask how much it'll be before you buy and what method (postage/courier) you wish to use. Shipping will be at your expense.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: If for some reason you're not happy with your purchase, return it undamaged with the original packaging within seven days of receipt, and your purchase price will be refunded (return shipping is at your expense). Exchanges are not possible because items are one-offs. But do email me first and let's discuss it.
If you cancel an order after the item(s) have been dispatched, you must return the item(s), undamaged, with the original packaging, within seven days of receipt, at your expense. A refund of the purchase price will be issued.
